FCC has focused on research & development on friction material since its establishment and till now we have developed our friction material to new generation.

Regarding paper-based friction material which is a particularly detailed process, performance requirements are met by bringing the baseline production in-house for full control, as the process is the vital point since it significantly influences clutch performance. Not only clearing environmental regulations, but applying a bonding process which is capable of completely eliminating waste, we strive for technologies such as friction paper to maximize our manufacturing capabilities.

1. Rubber Cork Based Material

Rubber-based friction material is widely used in small displacement motorcycles, for example, 70cc, 100cc, 125cc, 150cc, 200cc, etc. This type of friction material include rubber, cork, and fiber(aramid fibre, carbon fibre,composite reinforced fibre, etc

This type of friction material does not contain asbestos, and it is unable to withstand high temperatures.

It has a relaively lower friction coefficient than paper-based friction. It can meet the basic requirements of wear resistance, noiselessness and environmental protection.

2. Paper Based Material

This type of friction material mainly uses the progress of imported carbon fiber, aramid fiber and resin, which can be used for automobiles and large-displacement motorcycles, especially the very stable friction coefficient, high temperature and fading friction coefficient Small size, ablation resistance, good heat recovery performance (high temperature clutch slipping, clutch friction coefficient, quickly return to original state after cooling).

Q2. Can you supply samples for checking?

A: Yes, we can supply samples if we have in stock.

Q3. What is your terms of packing?

A: Usually we pack our goods in neutral boxes and brown cartons or our own brand packing. We can also pack the goods with customer’s own packing design.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CIF

Q6. How about your delivery time?

A: The delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your orders. Generally, it takes 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment.

A: Yes, we can produce if you can supply samples and we have years experiences in OEM & ODM services
